A.M: Take the traditional boat trip upstream on Mekong river to visit the famous cave of Pak Ou. On the way, stop over at Ban Xanghai where you can see the Lao rice wine distillation. Visiting Tham Ting known as Buddha cave. After visiting, turn back to Luang Prabang.

P.M: Excursion by car to visit the famous waterfall of Kuangsi. On the way, stop over to visit tribe village, visit waterfall, swimming is possible. In the afternoon turn back to Luang Prabang.
