The Toum Tiou II
Day 1 - Siem Reap to Chnok Tru
We gather in front of the FCC hotel in Siem Reap

We transfer to Phnom Krom, the Siem Reap pier. Transfer by local boats to the Toum Tiou II. A delicious lunch is served on board as we cruise past the Tonle Sap Lake. We arrive at the floating village of Chnok Trou, where the Toum Tiou II moors for the night. |

** From March to June, visits to the Floating village will depend on the water level.**
**Speedboats may not be allowed to cross the lake during the low water level period (March to June 2013). Hence, passengers will be transported via riverboats or by van to/from Siem Reap. (5-6 hours).**
Day 2 - Kampong Chhnnang to Kampong Tralach
After a hearty breakfast to kick-start the day, we travel by local boats to the floating village. We visit local attractions such as a school, an ice factory, churches, pagodas, a pigsty, repair shops and a police station – all floating on water
We return to the Toum Tiou II. We enjoy a sumptuous lunch while cruising to Kampong Chnang.
We arrive at Kampong Chnang. Located some 56 miles from Phnom Penh, the town of Kampong Chnang is one of the largest fishing ports on the Tonlé Sap. Kampong Chhang is famous for fish farming and pottery ware. And not to be overlooked are the products of the Thnot tree - a mellow tasting, caramel-colored sugar sold in large cakes and palm wine - that grows abundantly in the area.
We return to Toum Tiou II. We cruise gently towards to Kampong Tralach. The boat drops anchor close to the village. A mouth-watering dinner is served and the cruise ship moors overnight.
Day 3 - Kampong Tralach – Koh Chen / Oudong – Phnom Penh
Enjoy a hearty breakfast as we depart for Kampong Tralach to visit its wonderful Vihara. To reach this magnificent edifice, we cross Kampong Tralach Krom village along a small road perpendicular to the river, walk along some gorgeous stretches of emerald rice paddy as we leave the river behind. We return to the Toum Tiou II. We lunch while cruising to Koh Chen. We arrive at Kôh Chen, a small village of whose inhabitants specialize in silver and copper smiting. They produce ornamental items, including delicately engraved tropical fruit which are used in traditional ceremonies or at weddings. You will be able to catch a glimpse of the distant hills of Cambodia's ancient capital – Oudong – and its royal stupas when you are a few kilometers away from the ferry.
We return to the Toum Tiou II. We arrive in Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia.
